(Image courtesy of http://christianitymalaysia.com.) Briefly, my story of coronavirus: Anna Grace was in the NICU for five weeks in January. That's when we first heard of this new virus that was threatening the world - other countries like China and Italy. There's no way could that happen in the United States , I thought to myself. Needless to say, it did happen here in the USA. At first, I was very sympathetic. I wanted to do the right thing as a Christian, so I encouraged people not to be afraid and to do what the government wanted us to do. After all, the Bible stands true no matter what is going on: "Submit yourselves to the governing authorities, for all authority is instituted by God" (Romans 13). I handled it pretty submissively for the first two weeks.
